Is my device eSIM-ready?
Most recent, unlocked smartphones and tablets—including Apple iPhone XR or later, Samsung Galaxy S20 series and above, Google Pixel 4 and newer—support eSIM.

How do I activate my Swansim eSIM?
1.Purchase & receive your QR code
A unique QR is delivered instantly to your email and Swansim account.
2. Scan & install
Open your device’s camera (or “Add eSIM” menu) and scan the QR.
3. Confirm connection
In mobile-network settings, ensure the new profile shows “Active” and data roaming is enabled. You are ready to go.
My eSIM is not working—what should I check first?
1. Mobile Data & Data Roaming — both toggles must be on.
2. Device reboot — a simple restart often restores connectivity.
3. Coverage — verify that you are within a listed network area.

What happens to unused data after expiry?
Unused data expires at the end of the plan’s validity period and cannot be carried forward
or refunded, so select a bundle size that matches your travel dates.
Can one eSIM be used on multiple devices?
No. Once an eSIM is installed and activated, it becomes permanently associated with that specific device and cannot be transferred or re-installed elsewhere. Choose the device you intend to use throughout your trip before activation.
